You know, regular walking is said to boost your energy. Studies have shown that even a short, fast walk can help you feel better, less stressed, and more awake. It helps get your blood moving, feel good chemicals are released, and stress hormones are kept in balance. Blood circulation is promoted, endorphins (mood-boosting chemicals) are released, and hormones like cortisol are regulated, all of which contribute to a greater sense of well-being and positive energy. I walk every day, and it really gives me more energy and a positive outlook on life.
